Down to the icing

This concept project was built to explore one of the hardest parts of AI brand direction: consistency.

Not one strong image. A complete visual system.

The brief imagined a warm, nostalgic, unmistakably local French patisserie with event catering. The kind of place you'd pass once and remember.

The challenge was building a brand world that could hold together across every customer touchpoint.

Because a brand doesn't live in the hero banner alone.

We developed a full visual library across website imagery, social assets, owner portraits, product photography, and cinematic lifestyle scenes, all with one consistent aesthetic language.

But the real test was the interface.

Most brands stop at the visuals and treat the UI as separate. We pushed the concept further by rendering the website's custom icons in piped icing on cookies, carrying the brand language into the smallest functional details.

That's where consistency becomes credibility.

This project was designed as a teaching tool, but it proves a larger point:

Strong branding isn't about one beautiful image. It's about carrying the idea all the way through.
