Endeavour Real Estate Coaching
Kim Tomlinson is changing how real estate agents win business through Motivational Interviewing. Her new website shows the expertise that sets her coaching apart.
Behavioral insight, tested at the closing table
A seller refuses a price reduction. A buyer hesitates after finding the right home. More market data will not resolve a fear the agent has not understood. Kim teaches agents how to reach that conversation through Motivational Interviewing, a behavior-change method she applies to real estate.
She brings fifteen years of selling and training agents to that work. An active top producer and RE/MAX Platinum Club member, Kim uses the approach in her own transactions. Her coaching draws on the same pressures, clients, and negotiations her students face.
Make her difference the first thing people see
The earlier homepage promised “From striving to thriving” through mindset, messaging, and motivation. It introduced Kim as a coach, but it left the most compelling reason to hire her inside her biography.
We rebuilt the site around the conversations her clients need to lead. “Stop convincing clients. Help them convince themselves.” now sits beside her portrait. The opening establishes a specific expertise, the problem it solves, and the woman to learn it from.
It is what sets me apart, and you nailed that.
A website that reflects the caliber of her coaching
Kim's portrait leads at a scale that makes her the unmistakable focus. Light-filled interiors, Colorado scenery, warm gold, and fine serif type place her in the world of accomplished real estate professionals.
As visitors scroll, a mountain home draws them into the story and large architectural images move through the page. We paired that visual confidence with her production record and years of coaching, so the impression of success has substance behind it.
I love the way the pictures move when you scroll down on the homepage. Genius. Makes everything look lux! Also really like the store.
Show the depth of the coaching
The Conversation Underneath gives Kim's teaching a dedicated home. We brought her Five Moves, the psychology behind difficult decisions, and real coaching stories together so prospective clients can see the substance of her approach before they apply.
Make experienced agents recognize the coach they need
The coaching page speaks separately to the agent whose business has plateaued and the top producer whose success is consuming their life. It shows how Kim works on live deals, business systems, and boundaries, with client stories beside the work they illustrate. Her existing results now help a prospective client understand what her expertise could mean for them.

Present a teacher who can develop a whole room
Kim's expertise extends beyond individual coaching. We gave her course and team training their own substantial pages, with the curriculum, practical applications, and format clearly explained. An agent can see what they will learn; a brokerage can see why to bring her in.
The same visual language connects every offer. Visitors encounter an established teaching business with a distinct approach, whether they arrive for personal coaching or training for their organization.

Let people experience her approach before they commit
We gave the 360 Agent Audit a clear introduction and signup page. Agents assess twelve areas of their business and identify where they need help. Their first step into Kim's work reflects the way she coaches, by understanding the problem before prescribing a solution.
She just rebuilt the website for Endeavour Real Estate Coaching, and she saw right away what my old site was missing, which was the story. It had the information, but it didn't tell people who I am or why I coach the way I do, and Diane understood that was the part that mattered.
A website that shows why agents seek her out
Kim's method, professional standing, and client results now lead the business. Her Brand System carries that positioning into future content, while the website gives people a clear way to study with her, hire her, or bring her teaching to their team.
