Hosting & Maintenance

A website should get better after launch.

We keep your site live, secure, and recoverable from the day it launches. Platform Protection keeps it current and shows you the proof. Growth and Social put it to work bringing in clients.

Most websites are at their best on launch day.

  • A service changes but the page does not. Prospects make a decision using information that is already out of date.
  • A form stops delivering. The site looks fine while inquiries disappear.
  • A mobile layout breaks after an edit. Nobody catches it because nobody tests the whole path.
  • Search behavior moves. Competitors improve and no one checks what the site is losing.
How the plans fit together

You always know what's included and what it costs.

Hosting and Protection keep your site running and current. The add-ons bring in clients through search and social. New design work is quoted as a separate project before we start.

01Platform Hosting · $47/mo

It stays live.

Hosting, certificates, every version of the site saved with tested restores, and monitoring that alerts our team within 15 minutes if the site stops responding. Updates are billed when you need them.

02Platform Protection · $300/mo

Someone watches it, and you can see the proof.

Everything in Hosting, plus an hour of updates every month, two-business-day turnaround, speed and technical search monitoring, an annual accessibility check, and a dashboard where you send requests and see your site's health in your Website Snapshot.

03+ Platform Growth · $700/mo

It starts bringing in clients.

We run your search program: on-page SEO done for you, keyword, competitor, and AI-search tracking, a monthly report Diane reviews, and a content campaign your writer can start the same day.

04+ Platform Social · $750/mo

It shows up in your social feeds.

Twelve finished, on-brand posts a month, scheduled on your accounts. With Growth, they come from the same campaign as your articles, so one idea works in search and in the feed.

New pages that need design, redesigns, and new features are scoped as projects, with the price agreed before work begins.

Platform Growth: your monthly content campaign

Your writer starts each month with finished briefs.

Each month, you receive four primary briefs with 12 title options and 12 opening hooks, plus eight linked social briefs with 16 more hooks. Every piece builds on your expertise and leads toward the same business goal. Your website holds the full answers; social posts bring people to them.

The briefs specify the argument, supporting material, structure, and next step. Your writer, VA, or agency creates the articles. Add Platform Social and we turn the same campaign into finished posts and schedule them for you.

See how one week connects

Illustrative excerpt for a leadership consultant selling a manager workshop. Your campaign uses your approved ideas, proof, and current priorities.

Primary article: help a buyer recognize the need

Buyer question: Why do our new managers keep sending routine decisions back to senior leaders?

Argument to develop: Examine whether managers have clear decision authority and the preparation to use it. Use your own method and an approved client example to show how you assess the cause. End with who the manager workshop fits and a link to inquire.

Suggested structure: Open on a recurring escalation. Explain how you distinguish unclear authority from a skill gap. Show what each diagnosis changes. Describe the workshop's role only where it addresses the cause.

Three title options

  • Why Every Decision Still Lands on Your Desk
  • Before You Book Manager Training, Check Decision Authority
  • What Your Managers Need Before They Can Decide Without You

Three opening hooks

  • Your managers have the title. Do they have the authority to make the decision?
  • Another approval request lands in your inbox. Is your manager missing a skill or permission?
  • Before you buy another training program, look at which decisions your managers are allowed to make.

Two linked social briefs

First post: Show one routine decision that keeps escalating. Invite the reader to recognize the pattern, then link to the article for your diagnostic approach.

  • Which decision keeps coming back to your desk?
  • Your manager asked for approval again. What would let them decide next time?

Second post: Develop the difference between a training need and unclear decision authority. Use an approved example from your work and link to the article's explanation before introducing the workshop.

  • What can your managers decide without checking with you?
  • If the answer is unclear, start there before you schedule training.

Common questions

What's the difference between the plans?

Platform Hosting keeps your site live, secure, and recoverable, and bills updates when you need them. Platform Protection adds an hour of updates each month, two-business-day turnaround, your Website Snapshot and client dashboard, speed and technical SEO monitoring, and an annual accessibility check. Platform Growth and Platform Social are add-ons to Protection for search growth and social media.

How much does website maintenance cost?

Platform Hosting is $47/month and Platform Protection is $300/month. Platform Growth adds $700/month and Platform Social adds $750/month. Google Business Profile management is $175/month alongside Growth. Annual billing gives you two months free.

How fast are changes made?

Two business days on Platform Protection and one business day with Platform Growth. Billed updates on Platform Hosting are scheduled within five business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

What counts as a basic update?

Text and copy changes, link updates, image swaps, publishing posts you've written, and simple pages built from an existing layout. Anything that needs new design, layout, strategy, or development is advanced work at $200 an hour, quoted before we start. Platform Protection includes up to 60 minutes of basic updates a month, in up to two requests.

What happens if my site goes down?

Your site is checked every 15 minutes, and our team is alerted when a check fails. There are no plugins or themes to break, which removes the most common failure points. Every version of the site is saved and our restores are tested, so recovery is a rehearsed procedure.

Can I edit the site myself?

These plans are for clients who want the work done for them. Send the change through your dashboard. We make it, test it, and publish it. There is no content system for you to maintain.

Does Platform Social include comments and messages?

No. Platform Social creates and schedules your posts and reports how they performed. Replies, comments, direct messages, and paid ads stay with you or your team.

Am I locked in?

No. Plans are month to month, you own the site, and you can change plans with 30 days' notice. If you leave, your files transfer at no charge.

Can you host a site you did not build?

Sometimes. If your Squarespace or Wix site is worth moving, we can migrate it onto Platform Hosting or Platform Protection. Start a conversation and we will tell you whether the move makes business sense.

Keep the website doing its job.

Tell us what changes, how quickly you need them, and whether search or social growth is part of the goal. We'll point you to the right plan.
