Rebel Brown came to Sway Rise Creative with something most clients don't have: deep experience.
She'd overseen more than 150 websites in her career and knew exactly how frustrating the process could be, endless revisions, weak messaging, and too much handholding.
This time, the challenge was different.
She was building a coaching and thought-leadership platform that had to turn years of ideas into one clear commercial position.
The problem wasn't a lack of ideas.
It was too many.
Years of frameworks, content, insights, and angles, all needing to be distilled into something clear.
That's where strategy matters most.
Through our asynchronous process, we pulled the commercial argument out of pages of ideas, then turned it into sharp messaging, clear positioning, and a custom website a new visitor could understand quickly.
The work wasn't about building pages. It was about building clarity.
The goal was simple: create a coaching site where people felt understood the moment they arrived.
That became the north star for every design and messaging decision.
The result gives Rebel's point of view enough structure to lead the site without flattening the depth of her work.

Before I worked with Diane, I felt overwhelmed, even though I've created over 150 sites (not coded but been Exec in charge) I knew nothing about creating a coaching/influencer site.
