Diane and I worked together over the last 18 months to rebrand my business, and she created a beautiful new brand concept, website and app. I needed someone who combined creativity, design strategy, small business knowledge and marketing experience. Diane brought all of these, along with a helpful business perspective, and wasn’t afraid to challenge me when I needed it. She was always responsive to my questions and requests and, most importantly, fun to work with!
A sales trainer with a champion's record
Lauren Fisher spent more than 20 years in the medical device industry as a top-performing rep, trainer and manager. She and her teams earned more than 20 national awards, including multiple President's Inner Circle honors, and many of the people she coached went on to VP-level roles.
Through The Inside Job she trains medical sales teams, med spas and small businesses. Her point of difference is the part traditional sales training leaves out, the mindset and structure that make what people learn hold up on a Monday morning.
A brand built on elite performance
We rebuilt The Inside Job around the way Lauren already thinks about sales, as an athlete. The site opens on Olympic-level focus, and climbers, cyclists and summit imagery make the comparison literal. Teal leads the brand and a deep purple gives her story and programs weight.
Her record sits on the homepage where a sales leader can't miss it, and her three programs read as a progression, from a six-month training program to an ongoing mastermind to private coaching.

Her method, as something buyers can feel
Lauren's message to aesthetic practices is that they don't lose clients to bad service. They lose them in three small moments nobody is watching, the arrival, the consultation and the next step.
We turned that idea into a walk-through. In about four minutes, a practice owner walks their own client experience and sees exactly where it's leaking.
It runs on her own domain, ready for Lauren to share with any practice she's talking to. The visitor becomes the protagonist, and Lauren becomes the guide who saw it first.
