Light & Dark Acupuncture
A clarity-first redesign for an Eastern medicine practice with a dozen ways in, so every visitor finds the one that's theirs.
If I had half the website skills Diane has, I would have built the SAME website myself, but instead of having to spend hours figuring out how to do it myself, I communicated the vision to Diane, she listened and clarified what I meant... and then she built the exact website I was dreaming up.
Molly Dyer practices Eastern medicine and herbalism, everything from pediatric acupuncture to herbal remedies for stubborn skin conditions. The range was the problem. Her old site offered so much that visitors couldn’t tell which part was for them, and the ones who couldn’t find their concern left. A practice that helps this many people was losing the ones who needed it most.
We rebuilt the site around one job: get each visitor to their own answer fast. Someone with a skin condition lands in the apothecary work, a parent finds pediatric care, menopause support has its own clear path. The site shows not just what Molly does but how her approach differs from conventional medicine, so the right clients recognize themselves before they ever book.
It worked the way clarity tends to. The site does the explaining Molly used to do by hand, and it brings her clients who already fit.
