The Inside Job
Lauren trains med-spa teams on the client experience. Her prospects did not know they had a problem, which is the hardest kind of prospect to sell to.
So we built her a four-minute walk-through that takes someone through the three moments a med-spa loses a customer, and lets them find it themselves. It runs on her own domain, inside her site.

I don't know what's possible. Where do we start?
You don't need to arrive with a spec. Tell us where the business is leaking: where leads go cold, where the same question gets answered fifty times, where good prospects leave without booking, buying or replying. We'll tell you what can be built, what it would do for you and what it would cost. Working out what to ask for is our job.
How much does a custom tool cost?
The $8,500 Authority Platform includes one lead tool. Advanced apps and automations are scoped after launch for existing clients, once the business case is clear.
Do I own it when it's done?
Yes, outright, the same as your website. No proprietary platform, no lock-in, and nothing you're renting from us.
Will I have to maintain it?
No. Your tools run on the same maintenance plan as your site, hosted, monitored, and kept working, so nothing you own becomes something you manage.
How long does a build take?
Most tools go from conversation to live in a few weeks. Scope drives the timeline, and you get a firm one before we start.
Do I need a website from you first?
Usually. We build advanced tools for Authority Platform clients after launch, when the live site shows what the business needs next. Your first lead tool is designed with your website as part of the platform. Projects that come through a private referral are scoped separately.
